The delivery time of an order is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1-5 business days
• Shipping time: 7-20 business days
•Please note: Products marked Pre-Sale at the end of the title will be dispatched in approximately 15 working days.
Order Confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with a summary of your order, as well as shipping and payment details.
Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipment. Items marked "Ships within 24 hours" are in-stock items that will ship the next business day. Other items may take 1-5 business days to process. While we work hard to ensure your order is ready for shipment as quickly as possible, some items may have a longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

You can enjoy free shipping on orders over $79. When available, you can opt for express shipping for an additional fee. Please note that if you select Express Shipping for your order, a mailing address and contact number are required as delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.
